Our 70 Magnum IPA is a beautiful, dry hopped, golden coloured ale. Magnum hops give this spirited IPA pine flavours with a smooth, clean, lasting bitterness. Named 70 due to the measurement of bitterness (IBUs). Definitely worth going back for more!

26 Pale Ale
The name 26 comes from a Master Brewer’s measurement of bitterness contained within. This International Measure (IBU) gives the brewer and drinker an indication of the after swallow kick experienced at the back of the mouth. The 4 hop addition method gives a nicely balanced, refreshing and aromatic ale with a bold hop character. The New Zealand Sauvin hops impart a tangy taste on the palate.

08 Kolsch
Inspired by the German Kölsch style beer, 08 takes its name from the measure of the beer’s colour as specified by the EBC, (European Brewery Convention). This bright straw coloured beer is created through the gentle use of German hops and Pilsner malt which imparts a subtle aroma resulting in a smooth and slightly sweet flavour, with a pleasing mild bitter finish. An excellent accompaniment for meat and cheese.

Northbound Brewery hails from the North West of Ireland, where David and Martina Rogers produce hand crafted premium beers.
Having spent almost a decade in Australia, the couple became passionate about craft beer and David learned about the magic of brewing. His knowledge has been recognised by the Institute of Brewing & Distilling, having been awarded the prestigious Master Brewer qualification.
Using Irish ingredients and the Master Brewer's knowledge, the brewery prides itself on crafting natural beers that are unpasteurized, unfiltered, with no artificial additives and bottled fresh on site.
